Question: Have you ever discovered any rare / new / endangered plant or animal life on the beach?

Absolutely. It’s amazing the amount of animals you can find on the beach that no-one has noticed before. We’ve never found a completely new species (although that would be cool!), but we have found animals that hadn’t been found on that beach before, or in Scotland before. Sometimes that might be because they are new to the area, like ones that come from overseas accidentally, or sometimes it’s just because no-one has ever looked!
