Definitely a time machine! Quite often when we are trying to help ecosystems recover we have to guess what that ecosystem was like and often we can only use clues to take a guess. If we could go back in time wed be able to see what things were like. Can you imagine going back to forests in the UK with animals such as bears and wolves. We would also hopefully be able to advice people in the past so they could stop some extinctions.

An environmentally friendly transport system, because I travel a lot and feel very guilty about how bad it is for the planet.

I think I’d like to invent a machine that could heal things. Imagine if you broke your arm, and my machine could fix it instantly. It would also work on animals…so if you found a dolphin that hurt itself in nets, you could make it heal. It would be great to know if we damaged something, we had a way to make it better.

I would invent infinite water bottles so that nobody would ever get thirsty

I would invent a spaceship that could travel into deep space without the problem of big distances! We could explore other planets and answer the question: are we alone in the universe? 😀
